Stir Fried Shrimp with egg
Ingredients:
- Chinese cooking rice wine
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic
- shrimp with heads on
- eggs
- oil
- chives
Preparation Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in a bowl with splash of cooking wine, salt, pepper
- Heat oil to high temperature and sauté minced garlic
- Add marinated shrimp
- Simmer on high heat until cooked throughly and head juices are released
- Add egg as thickener to soak up shrimp juices
- Remove from stove and serve with chives as garnish
