Stir-Fried Shrimp with Egg
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Shrimp(peeled and deveined)
  • 3 large Eggs(beaten)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat
  2. 2Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes
  3. 3Push shrimp to one side and add beaten eggs
  4. 4Scramble eggs until just set
  5. 5Add garlic and soy sauce, stir to combine
  6. 6Season with salt and pepper
  7. 7Serve hot with rice
Chef's Notes
  • For best results, use fresh shrimp that's been properly deveined
  • Don't overcook the shrimp - they should be pink and slightly curled
  • Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables
  • This recipe is easily doubled for larger crowds
