Stir-Fried Shrimp with Egg

Ingredients
- •1 lb Shrimp(peeled and deveined)
- •3 large Eggs(beaten)
- •2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- •2 tbsp Soy sauce
- •1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- •1 tsp Salt(to taste)
- •1 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat
- 2Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes
- 3Push shrimp to one side and add beaten eggs
- 4Scramble eggs until just set
- 5Add garlic and soy sauce, stir to combine
- 6Season with salt and pepper
- 7Serve hot with rice

- •For best results, use fresh shrimp that's been properly deveined
- •Don't overcook the shrimp - they should be pink and slightly curled
- •Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables
- •This recipe is easily doubled for larger crowds
