Greek Yogurt Bagels
Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1.5 cup Greek yogurt(plain)
Instructions
  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. 3Add Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. 4Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. 5Form the dough into a ball and divide into four pieces.
  6. 6Shape each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and stretch into a bagel shape.
  7. 7Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and add desired seasonings.
  8. 8Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Chef's Notes
  • Use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt for the best texture.
  • Top with sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, or your favorite toppings.
  • Egg wash adds shine but can be omitted for a dairy-free finish.
