Greek Yogurt Bagels
Easy homemade bagels made with Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.

Ingredients
- •2 cup All-purpose flour
- •0.25 tsp Salt
- •2 tsp Baking powder
- •1.5 cup Greek yogurt(plain)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 3Add Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- 5Form the dough into a ball and divide into four pieces.
- 6Shape each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and stretch into a bagel shape.
- 7Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and add desired seasonings.
- 8Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Chef's Notes
- •Use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt for the best texture.
- •Top with sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, or your favorite toppings.
- •Egg wash adds shine but can be omitted for a dairy-free finish.
