Ingredients
- •2 sheets Nori sheets(dried seaweed)
- •0.5 cup Rolled oats(cooked and cooled)
- •1 stick Imitation crab stick(1 oz, cut in half lengthwise)
- •2 large Eggs(scrambled)
- •0.5 medium Avocado(sliced)
- •0.25 tsp Salt(to taste)
- •0.25 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1Cook rolled oats according to package instructions (usually 1:2 ratio oats to water)
- 2Let the oats cool to room temperature
- 3Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan until fluffy, set aside
- 4Slice the avocado into thin strips
- 5Cut the imitation crab stick in half lengthwise
- 6Place a nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat, shiny side down
- 7Spread about 1/4 cup of cooked oats evenly over the nori, leaving 1 inch at the top
- 8Arrange imitation crab, scrambled eggs, and avocado slices horizontally across the center of the oats
- 9Season with salt and pepper
- 10Moisten the top edge of the nori with water
- 11Roll the nori tightly from bottom to top using the bamboo mat
- 12Press gently to seal the roll
- 13Repeat with the second nori sheet
- 14Cut each roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp, wet knife
- 15Serve immediately for best texture

- •Use a sharp knife and wet it between cuts to get clean slices
- •Don't overfill the rolls - less is more for easy rolling
- •Keep your hands wet when handling the oats to prevent sticking
